The Bluedevil wrestlers completed their Dual meet season last night at Dubuque Senior. Paul Shumaker was 2-0 with a fall and a decision, Max Mayfield completed an undefeated regular season, 35-0, with a fall and a decision, Tommy Mirocha was 2-0 with a fall and a major decision. Mckinze Jackson was 2-0 with two falls, and Josh Behrendt had a win by decision. At the junior varsity level, Drake Hull had a fall, TJ Meyer had two wins by fall, Alex Westmoreland had a win by fall, Dan Harre had two falls, and Sean Turcsak had a win by decision. Outstanding effort by the Bluedevil wrestlers. 2-1-08

Students please remember that if you have un-served detentions or Saturday School you will NOT be allowed to purchase tickets for or to attend Spree. Tickets will go on sale next week in the Activities Office. 2-7-08

Spree Tickets for our Snowed In Spree Dance on Saturday, February 9th from 8:00-11:00pm in Central’s George Marshall Gym start on sale today in the Activities Office. You MUST have a current school ID to purchase tickets as well as be admitted to the dance. The cost is $10.00 per person in advanced and $15.00 per person at the door. Please listen closely as procedures are different for this dance. Central students who will be bringing a non-Central student as a guest to the dance will need to pick up a permission slip in the Activities Office. This form has to be completed, signed, and returned to the Activities Office before February 7th if the guest to Central High School is going to attend the dance. 2-1-08

Girls in 9th thru 12th grade interested in playing on the Central Girls Tennis team, there will be an informational meeting for you and a parent on Tuesday, February 5, 2008, at 6:00pm in the West end of the cafeteria at Central High School. 2-4-08

United Neighbors, 808 Harrison Street is sponsoring the ACT Prep from January 23 thru February 29 every Monday from 4-6 p.m., and every Wednesday from 7-9 p.m. Light refreshments will be served. There will be a boy’s track and field meeting next Tuesday February 5 right after school in room 309. Anyone interested in participating on this years team needs to be there. If you can't make it, please see Coach Tandy in room 309. This will be a short informational meeting. The season starts on Monday February 11th. See you there. 2-1-08
