Come one, come all, and audition for Central's annual Variety Show! This is open to ALL CHS STUDENTS of ALL TALENTS AND PERSUASIONS!! This year's theme will be "As Seen on TV." Auditions will be held in Kahler Auditorium THIS THURSDAY, January 10, starting at 2:45. All are welcome! We are looking for a huge VARIETY of talent, so come strut your stuff Central students! 1-10-08

Attention all Central people- It is finally here- Free throws for JROTC. The JROTC Cadets are sponsoring a free throw contest on SAT to earn money for their program. Any one wishing to participate and sponsor a cadet please let LTC Moralez or SGM Matson know. Otherwise- get a hold of a cadet and ask them. Thank you for your support. 1-9-08

If you would like to judge a Davenport Elementary Schools Invent Iowa contest, please see Mrs. Heninger in Room 501. The date for the Invention Convention is Thursday, January 24 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. If you can spare a few hours that evening, please consider being a judge of some interesting projects created by talented 4th and 5th graders. Come see Mrs. Heninger if you are interested. 1-9-08

Please return your library books to the library today. There are many library books that are overdue. The fine will be cut in half this week if you return your books and pay your fines. This bargain is only good this week. 1-11-08

Remember all you beautiful babes out there in Blue Devil Land, Spree will be on February 9. You need to be asking that dashing young lad to the dance before you miss your opportunity.
