Students who arrive late to BLOCK 1 will receive a 15-minute detention. This detention needs to be served within three school days of being late to school in Kahler Auditorium immediately after school. Consequences for not serving a detention will automatically move to a 1-hour detention that must be served in 1 week.
The Central cell phone and electronic device policy will be as follows: pagers, cellular phones, radios, CD/tape players, laser pointers, and other electronic and accessory devices are not permitted in Central High School’s class areas, hallways, gymnasium, or cafeteria during school hours. If a one of these devices is confiscated, the only way a student will get it back is by having a parent or guardian pick it up from the Dean’s Office in Room 425. If a student chooses not to hand over their personal item, a 3-day suspension will occur.
