  • Night To Shine

Davenport Army JROTC cadets participated in a very special event Friday, February 7th. Cadets served as escorts and buddies at the annual Night to Shine celebration at the TaxSlayer Center. Night to Shine is an unforgettable prom night experience for people with special needs. The Tim Tebow Foundation and several local area churches were sponsors of this awesome event. Cadets were exceptionally happy, and it was a very heartwarming experience to be a part of as well as to serve others. Thank you Cadet Captain Bret Liagre, Cadet Captain Elizabeth Rieck, Cadet Command Sergeant Major Miranda Reed, Cadet Sergeant Madison Liagre, Cadet Sergeant Maicy Scace, Cadet Corporal Eda Perry, Cadet Corporal Alex Chamber, and Cadet Corporal Blake Taylor.
