Newell Achieves Career Milestone

Congratulations to Central alumna April Newell on her first full length news production, Kamala Harris: First but Not the Last. Newell graduated from Central in 2013. After graduation, she attended college in Boston and The Netherlands. She has worked in Boston, New York, and Los Angeles while her TV news production career has taken her to Des Moines, Northwest Arkansas, and San Francisco. She currently resides in San Francisco where she works for KRON4 News. We are so happy for Ms. Newell as she continues to accomplish her carrier goals, and we wish her the best as she continues her journey.
