    Qualifications

    These scholarships are comprehensive “full-ride” scholarships equal to the total cost of tuition, room and board (based on average on-campus double room and board rate) at any of the three state universities. The scholarships are available for individuals pursuing an undergraduate four-year degree or graduate two-year degree. Criteria for selection will be based on an equal balance of financial need and scholastic achievement.
