    Multiple Scholarships are awarded up to $5,000 each

    Qualifications

    All applicants must reside in one of the following counties: Cedar, Clinton, Des Moines, Jackson, Scott, Muscatine, Johnson, Washington, Louisa, Van Buren, and Lee in Iowa, and Carroll, Rock Island, Mercer, Knox, Henry, Jo Davies, and Whiteside in Illinois.
