Advanced Foods Presentation
Mrs. Flick and her Advanced Foods students would like to thank Mary Brewer for coming in and teaching them preparation techniques for fish and shellfish. Ms. Brewer is the Culinary Manager for Red Lobster. As part of the program, she brought in the fish, shellfish, and ingredients necessary for students to prepare several of Red Lobster’s signature main dishes. Not only does Ms. Brewer donate the supplies, she also donates her time as she comes in on her day off. Students not only prepared the dishes with her assistance, they also had the opportunity to try the food. Thanks also goes out to Mrs. Flick for organizing this special presentation!
