How to Create a PDF File

Reasons to create a PDF file:

If you need to create a file that cannot be edited
Create a file that can be opened by a very wide range of computers.

Create your document using any program. When it finished select…File…Print…CutePDF Writer…OK

When you select OK, a ‘Save As’ box appears. Name the file, leaving the ‘Save as type’ as PDF(*.PDF). Always make note of where you save a file, My Documents should be the default.

Your PDF file is created.
