ProStart 2004

The 2004 National ProStart Invitational was in Orlando, Florida. The menu was Chipotle Apricot Glaze Salmon, Orange Curried Ricee Pilaf, Sauteed Broccolini and Roasted Red Pepper, Spring Mix Salad with Vinaaigrette Dressing, and Bread Pudding with a Vanilla and Chocolate Sauce.
