ProStart 2003

The ProStart students worked hard picking a menu and practicing to prepare it. The Culinary Chef's will be judging their culinary skills, appearance of food, taste, safety and sanitation practices, and teamwork.

The 2003 National ProStart Student Invitational was in Denver, Colorado. The menu was Bronze Pork Medallions, Maytag Bleu Cheese Polenta, Spring Asparagus, Mesclun Fruit Salad, and Crepe Flambe.
