ProStart 2003
The 2003 National ProStart Student Invitational was in Denver, Colorado. The menu was Bronze Pork Medallions, Maytag Bleu Cheese Polenta, Spring Asparagus, Mesclun Fruit Salad, and Crepe Flambe. A special thanks to our mentor chef Chef Jason Gomez Executive Chef of Isle of Capri.
