Science fair is a competition that all fourth and fifth graders participate in. The students work hard on different projects that their teacher approves of. Each student has a bit more than two or three weeks to do their project that they have picked.They observe and take notes of their findings. Fun Night was a successful fundraiser. We raised about 7,500 dollars. Fun night was really fun and there were many fun games to play like Nose Pick, Lollipop Pack, Cake Walk, Soccer Kick, Pop Toss, Basketball Shot, Hair Spray, Face Paint, Limbo, Photo Booth, Wheel Deal, Coconut Toss, Duck Pond, Bouncy Houses, and Plinko. Pay It Forward is a program sponsored by Acentra Credit Union and partnered with WQAD for doing good things for the community. Mr. Kurtz was nominated because he has fun working on patrol, makes kids feel safe and helps them start their day by smiling.
