- Master’s/doctor’s degree from an accredited college or university, with
a major in school administration
- Valid administrative certification
- A minimum of five years’ successful teaching/administrative experience
- Demonstrate varied, successful administrative or teaching experience
- Possess outstanding interpersonal skills; proven effectiveness in the
application of effective schools research; demonstrated instructional
leadership; a commitment to collaborative decision-making; and a commitment
to a strong and dynamic educational program
