General Administrative Position Qualifications (any linked positions listed above will include additional qualifications)

• Master’s/doctor’s degree from an accredited college or university, with a major in school administration
• Valid administrative certification
• A minimum of five years’ successful teaching/administrative experience
• Demonstrate varied, successful administrative or teaching experience
• Possess outstanding interpersonal skills; proven effectiveness in the application of effective schools research; demonstrated instructional leadership; a commitment to collaborative decision-making; and a commitment to a strong and dynamic educational program
