Central Show Choir Members Win Big at Cedar Rapids “Mo Show” Competition

Central High’s Blue Vibrations show choir team took home second place in the Prep Division and won the Best Costumes in the Cedar Rapids “Mo Show” competition. Central Singers, Incorporated, finished second in class 4-A and qualified for finals for the third straight week. In the evening finals, they finished first runner-up, just three points away from Grand Champion. They also won Best Band for the second week in a row and won the award for Best Costumes. Junior CJ Parker won Best Male Soloist. In addition, five Central Singers, Incorporated, members performed in a solo competition. Junior Peyton Reese took home second with “See I’m Smiling,” and Junior CJ Parker won with his version of “Let Me Try.”
