Congratulations to the North High School Student Council and to all of the North students and staff who participated in the recent Blood Drive. North collected 96 units of blood, which is a new record at the school! The previous school record was 86 units, and the goal for the next drive will be one more than was previously gathered. This has really become a North High School community event with students signing up and donating with their friends. Every unit of blood that is donated can save up to 4 lives. There are people in the Quad Cities that need blood donations weekly due to different illnesses, and these drives give our students an opportunity to help the community in one of the simplest yet most important ways. Way to go Wildcats!
