The Davenport North High School bowling team has clinched the Iowa State Class 2A bowling championship for the third time in four years. The team lost its top three players, who helped lead the team to their 2011 and 2013 championships, due to graduation last spring. This year’s team beat Dubuque, Hempsted to take the title again. In individual scoring, Nate Goettsch was fifth with a total score of 485, Bret Keimig came in sixth with 474, and Zach Williams was eighth with 457. Congratulations Wildcats!
